You confirm you have the rights to provide such materials and will indemnify us against claims arising from materials supplied by you.
Payment terms will be as stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Overdue payments may be subject to reasonable late fees or interest, as permitted under applicable law, and/or service suspension until dues are cleared.
Digital marketing outcomes can be influenced by factors outside our control (platform algorithms, policy changes, competition, market conditions, tracking limitations, website performance, approval delays, etc.). While we apply best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intella Digital’s total liability relating to any service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to Intella Digital for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event.
